Project Overview

Microcement floors, dark textured walls, and layered decorative finishes shape a dramatic penthouse with spa bathrooms, tailored bedrooms, and an open lounge.

This interior uses monolithic surfaces, deep matte coatings, and precise shadow lines to connect wet areas, living spaces, and circulation zones. Architectural precision, tactile materials, and carefully controlled tones give the project a premium contemporary identity.
